This “Cuvée de l'oncle Paul” is named after the founder of the estate, it is a blend from three plots in the prestigious Pommard area.

The winemaker: Jean Louis and his daughter Emmanuelle Sophie, descendant of a long line of winegrowers, have made quality and respect for the terroir the basic principles of the estate. The vines are 30 – 45 years old. To preserve diversity and mycorrhization, grass grows between the rows and ground cover under the rows. High Environmental Value (HVE) certified.
